Sustainability is one of our company’s main concerns.
Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors are currently a significant component of responsibility in the sustainable transition of our society.
With this in mind, rainwater is reused for cleaning and garden irrigation, and the installed solar panels contribute to the consumption of cleaner energy—both in daily use and in the electric vehicles our team uses to move between spaces.
Food preparation and presentation are one of the pillars of our activity and also one of our main concerns when it comes to reducing waste and unnecessary excesses, always in line with the wishes of clients hosting an event.
The overall decoration of our venues also reflects these principles and values. Our Quinta, for example, reuses materials and vintage pieces from past fashions and traditions that we now wish to recover—honoring and reviving memories of past generations.
